Terms of Service

Last updated: April 15, 2026

Agreement

By signing up for or using Envoy, you agree to these terms. Envoy is part of Naamy, a software hub built and operated by HH Metta Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Envoy does

Envoy monitors public conversations on platforms you select (currently Reddit) and uses AI to flag posts relevant to your product, draft reply suggestions, and email you a daily digest. Envoy is a tool that augments your own outreach — it never posts or replies on your behalf, and it never sends anything without your action.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Envoy.

Subscriptions and billing

  • New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial. After the trial, you automatically drop to the Free plan with reduced limits unless you upgrade.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel via the Stripe customer portal.
  • Prices are shown in USD and are charged via Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion costs.
  • Refunds are at our discretion. If something genuinely broke and you were charged for a service you couldn't use, email us at hello@naamy.co and we'll make it right.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Envoy to spam, harass, impersonate others, or violate Reddit's or any other platform's terms of service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Envoy service.
  • Use Envoy for illegal activity, or to distribute malicious content.
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to Envoy.

Envoy drafts reply suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing them before posting anywhere. You are solely responsible for any content you post after using a draft from Envoy.

Content ownership

  • You retain ownership of any content you provide to Envoy (your product description, keywords, etc.).
  • Reddit posts displayed in Envoy remain the property of their original authors; Envoy displays them under fair-use principles and always links back to the source.
  • AI-generated draft replies are provided as suggestions. You own whatever you choose to post publicly after editing them.

Service availability

We aim to keep Envoy running reliably but we don't guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (Reddit, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, Supabase), or unforeseen issues. If an outage materially affects your billing period, email us and we'll work something out.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. If we terminate your account for cause, we are not required to issue refunds.

Warranty disclaimer

Envoy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Envoy will find every relevant conversation, score them accurately, or that using Envoy will grow your product. It's a tool, not a silver bullet.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Envoy is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of Envoy after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
